What to Look for on a Final Walkthrough
1. Blue-tape items that you have previously requested are fixed
2. All items included in the sale price - fixtures, window coverings, etc. are still there
3. Screens and storm windows are in place or stored
4. All appliances are operating
5. Intercom, doorbell, and alarm are operational
6. Hot water heater is working
7. HVAC is working
8. No plants or shrubs have been removed from the yard
9. Garage door opener and other remotes are available
10. Appliances manual and warranties are there
11. All personal items from the previous owner are removed, including junk
